Company identified a requirement for a change programme to transform information capture and product labelling across US,UK and 22 Pharmas. Selected as Project Manager/Leader to lead the international cross-functional team (Regulatory/ Manufacturing) from implementation to delivery of pilot. Assembled Project Team; developed vision & project plans; devised business case; secured business support; ran successful pilot study and embedded infrastructure to ensure delivery of Phase 1. Labelling system now adopted globally.
