Met with Chair & established own academic credibility; contacted experts proposed by independent chair to secure their participation; assisted in prep & distribution of agenda & supporting documents; ensured experts were appropriately informed; and assisted at meeting. Succeeded in driving resolution of issues, protecting a $multi-million R&D investment.
